Your Career Journey

I often get asked about career transitions. What is the easiest way to make one? How long will it take me?

There is no one formula. No template to follow. Career journeys are personal journeys we all have to experience on our own.

When I work with candidates, I share with them my story. My story of a path that started in one field and led me to where I am today. It wasn’t linear. It wasn’t clean or straightforward. But it was my path that led me to a career that is fulfilling and rewarding. To work that doesn’t feel like work because it’s my passion. My passion to help others achieve their career goals and dreams.

And things can get messy. There are times when I questioned myself. Questioned my thinking and wondered if I was doing the right thing. And as I tell all my candidates looking to make a career transition, all of these emotions are OK. They are part of the journey.

Do I regret studying International Business and German as an undergrad? Never!

Do I regret joining a program right after college that led me to a Masters in Accounting and my CPA and work for some incredible international companies? Never!

These life experiences gave me the foundation that provided me with the skills to start my own business. To follow my passion of helping others achieve their career goals and dreams.

So don’t be afraid to think of change. To think of different career paths. To embark on a journey different from the one you started as an undergrad.

Believe in yourself because you know you the best. And if you need help along the way, I am here to ask questions that will guide you and help you achieve your career goals.

Believe in yourself because I believe in you.
